Shipping, Exchange, Refunds, Cancellation

Shipping

  • All goods are shipped by Post Malaysia. To avoid lost during shipment, we strongly recommend your purchased item be sent by Post Laju.
  • For international buyers, all the shipment send via Registered Air Mail.
  • Shipping Notification include the Post Laju or Registered Mail or International Registered
  • Air Mail Tracking Number will be send via email after the parcel is sent.
  • All items will ship from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
  • Emmagem.com is not responsible for items lost in transit.
  • Emmagem.com will not be held liable should the buyer refuses to accept the package.
  • Once package is refused, we will not re-ship the item.
  • Please verify your doubts BEFORE you make your purchase by emailing us at shop@emmagem.com. Once you have placed the order, we will assume that you have read, understood and agreed with all the terms listed here.
  • We reserve the rights to hold the item, if we do not received the payment (including shipping fee) in Full.

Exchange

  • We will exchange the item you purchased if you are not satisfied with your order or if the size does not fit. You may choose to exchange for a different item of the same or lesser value, or for the same item in a different size.
  • If you would like to exchange your purchase, kindly contact us immediately at shop@emmagem.com for exchange authorization and further instructions. We will send you a new item upon return of the item you received. Exchanges are only valid for a period of 7 days from receipt of delivery. The returned item must be in new condition, unused, unwashed, with all tags attached and in its original packaging.
  • We will only exchange each order once.
  • Return claim must be filed within 5 days from the time order is received.
  • The decision of whether a refund is given will be at the discretion of emmagem.com
    emmagem.com must receive the return item(s) within 7 days from the time your return claim is approved. Note: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the return reaches emmagem.com safely.
  • Reimbursements are given in the form of redelivery only.Redelivery is free after emmagem.com receives your return. Redelivery is subjected to product availability. Cash refunds will be given only on case to case basis.
  • Shipping charges to return item(s) to is borne by customers.
  • Original shipping cost during time of purchase will not be reimbursed on returns/exchanges.
  • This exchange policy is subject to the discretion of the management of www.emmagem.com and may be changed without prior notification.

Refund

  • We also accept requests for refunds if you are not satisfied with your order. There will however be a 25% handling & processing fee imposed on all refunds.
  • If you would like to request a refund, kindly contact us immediately at shop@emmagem.com for refund authorization and further instructions. We will refund your order upon return of the item you purchased. Refunds are only valid for a period of 7 days from receipt of delivery. The returned item must be in new condition, unused, unwashed, with all tags attached and in its original packaging.

Cancellation

  • Orders not paid within 7 days will be automatically cancelled by us.
  • Kindly contact us immediately at shop@emmagem.com if you would like to cancel your order.
  • There will be a 25% cancellation fee imposed on cancellation requests for orders that have been paid and are being processed.
  • Orders cannot be cancelled once sent for delivery. You may however choose to pursue a Refund if so desired.
